Our theme this month is PRESENCE. This class focuses on one of 7 key mindfulness principles: letting go. With assistance from the breath, we allow space for all thoughts to exist, enter, and exit the mind. Life is one of the longest and shortest things we get to do--and we only do it once. So, why not be present for it all?
