Stay nurtured and grounded in your comfort zone
Restorative Yoga is a passive style of yoga, great for periods of high overwhelm and low moods. Comfort is key with plush props that do all the work for you. All you do is rest, reflect, and relax. Positions are experienced for 5min each.

Where 60min can feel like 4hrs of rest.
"Yogic Sleep," is a unique process of guided relaxation, providing a dreamlike state between awareness and sleep. This is great for deep rest.
