Reflection question: What is one thing you wish you could savor more at the beginning of each day?
Our theme this month is PRESENCE. This class focuses on one of 7 key mindfulness principles: curiosity. Tapping into what's already happening around us and within us, we use the 5 senses to cultivate a beginner's mind in all that we do and experience. Each day is a chance we get to experience the world all over again for the first time.
