Hello there! My name is Diamond Bruns. I am an experienced registered yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound healer. I've taught over 1,000hrs of yoga classes, and have so much to share with you!
My Wellness Journey
What if I told you I shouldn't be here?
Like many others— maybe like you, or someone you know—I started my wellness journey out of need. In April 2016, I experienced a major mental health crisis.
Unprepared for life's challenges at the time, I struggled, and still do at times. Mounting stress, anxiety, depression, isolation, and trouble adapting to change appear insurmountable at times.
Yoga has become a sort of “ferry” allowing me to cross over into refuge, solace, and healing.
Yoga is how I got through. Yoga is how I still get through.
I deepened my practice to support me in every way—mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially.
The more I dedicate myself to my wellness, the more I am able to manage + build a relationship with my well-being, in addition to life's challenges.
It's a lot of work, but I am rediscovering greater value in my life through empowered wellness.
Yoga has given me a sense of value in myself again, in my life, and in the world around me. There is wealth in wellness.
